Folding table arrangement for vehicles

The folding table for use in a lorry has the work surface (25) mounted on a hinge at the top of a slide. This can be pulled out from a vertical housing (20) with a top edge which slopes at the optimum angle of use. The work surface is supported by a bracket pivoted on the slide.
