Connecting element for an elastic connection between two construction components

The connecting element includes an elastic intermediate element located between the head(10') of a screw and a section(20) of one of the components facing it. The intermediate element is a component(13) consisting of an elastically flexible incompressible or slightly compressible material and which on its outer circumference is enclosed by a rigid sleeve(14). In the assembled state of the connecting element the component through emerging tensile forces is compressed in the axial direction and in its radial direction stretched outwards by an amount limited by the internal diameter of the sleeve.
