PURPOSE: Provided is a method for processing a shellfish for storage by boiling it to maintain the distinct taste of the shellfish, thereby providing the shellfish to a customer with low price. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing a shellfish for storage comprises the steps of: cooking a collected shellfish to shell them; washing shelled shellfish meat with water; removing internal organs from the shellfish meat and washing it; concentrating a shellfish soup from the shelling process; mixing the shellfish meat with the concentrate; and sterilizing the mixture thereof and packaging it. |
