Tapping stop valve (1) comprises a connecting branch (16) for the domestic water supply rotating about an intermediate housing (17). Pins (32) protruding into parallel bores in a pipe clip part (2) engage in an annular groove (30) in a connector (28) on the intermediate housing. The pins secure the intermediate housing in an axial direction. A projection (34) molded in one piece on the front of the connector engages in a form-locking manner in a bore (35) in the pipe clip part to secure the intermediate housing against rotation. The projection has at least one flat region which is supported on a flat region within the bore in the pipe clip part.
