The invention relates to a machine tool comprising three workpiece spindles (2, 4, 6) of which one workpiece spindle (4) is mounted whereby being 180 DEG offset to both of the other workpiece spindles (2, 6). The guides (14, 24, 32) of the workpiece spindles are designed so that the workpiece to be machined can be directly transferred from on workpiece spindle to the adjacent workpiece spindle.
