The fixing or releasing device uses a necked fixing screw (13) received in a fixing hole (16) of a front panel (12) of the component group, with the head end of the fixing screw fitted with a handgrip (20), allowing its rotation for movement of a locking element (18), attached to the fixing screw on the opposite side of the front panel, to be moved between a locked and a released position.
