Drill (1), especially for drilling bone for preparation for insertion of a dental prosthesis. The drill is inserted in a drill head that is equipped with drive and cooling means. The drill has an outer drill tip and an inner coaxial feeler tip (3) that is interlocked with the outer drill tip. The feeler tip can be extended outwards in an axial direction from the drill tip. <??>The feeler tip is acted upon by a force and if the force is less than a threshold value its extends outwards from the drill tip and is decoupled from the rotational motion of the drill tip. <??>An Independent claim is made for an osteotome for the non-destructive removal of a tissue layer from bone tissue from the bone side outwards after drilling through of the bone. |
