An overlay transmission (12) has a two-stage modified planetary gear (25) with a planet carrier (30), at least three stepped gears (31) consisting of two axially aligned non-turnable planet wheels (311,312) and fastened turnable to the carrier, and two sun wheels (32,33). The planet wheels mesh with the sun wheels. A first input shaft (13) is connected non-turnable to one sun wheel, and an output shaft (15) is similarly connected to the other sun wheel. The panel carrier is driven via a second input shaft (14).
