The vehicle consists of a tractive unit with semitrailer connected to it via a fifth wheel. The semitrailer is cranked, and consists of a front section (7) and a lower-level rear section (2) with tandem or triple axle (3). A magazine unit (10) for foot plate stands (9) and signs (8) with tubular shafts is located in the rear section. The unit consists of a continuous chain with rollers, having hooks for the stands. The rear trailer section has a superstructure (5) with a rear cover (6), which is opened by hydraulic, pneumatic, or spring action.
