Printed sheet paper drying system hood curvature conforms with drying chamber

A guide system passes printed sheets of paper through a drier under a non-contact hood with a cooling system. The guide system curvature conforms esp. with that of the drying chamber. The temperatures in the drying system are monitors by sensors which are linked via a control system to the cooling system, compensating for thermal distortion of the guide.
