Several blades (7) with pointed elements (9) between them are attached in an angle to an elastic ring (1) open at the lower side. A wire (3) enveloped by a helical spring (5) and provided with a stop (4) at its lower end is guided through an opening (2) at the upper side of the ring (1). A circular blade (6) is joined to the wire (3) above the stop (4). The blade (6) is pushed down and rotated. The ring (1) with the angled blades (7) is pulled downwards and back again by the forces of the spring (5).
