City skates convertible from walking-shoe to roller-skate by clip-on mechanism, rotary springs, rotarily mounted heels and position lights

For the purpose of walking, the rollers are covered by rotarily mounted heels which are locked into place by a clip-on mechanism. For the purpose of skating, operating the clip-on mechanism causes the heels automatically to flap out, driven by rotary springs. Position-lights are switched on by the heels flapping out.
