摘要 PURPOSE: An open-type multi-axis robot control system is provided to flexibly control a robot by using all the feedback information of a motor and processing every operation related with the motion of the robot, to simplify the structure of the hardware in the robot control system, and to exclude the software for the data exchange between CPUs(Central Processing Units). CONSTITUTION: An open-type multi-axis robot control system comprises a central controller(20) receiving the motion plan for the robot working, calculating the position of the articulation of a robot, and generating motor position, speed and current control signals, a power converter(30) providing the driving power of a motor by the motor power control signal and outputting a motor detecting signal by monitoring the driving of the motor, a motor interface(40) converting the control signal outputted from the central controller into a motor power control signal, providing the motor power control signal to the power converter, and transmitting the motor detecting signal outputted from the power converter to the central controller, and an external input/output interface(50) providing an interface between the central processor and an external device according to a necessity.
