PURPOSE: An apparatus for two-way communication service in real time Internet broadcasting and a method for controlling the same are provided to obtain client offer information related to the real time Internet broadcast while watching the real time Internet broadcast, and purchase properties used in the real time Internet broadcast on the spot. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for two-way communication service in real time Internet broadcasting includes a live broadcasting providing server(1) lively relaying moving pictures with a moving picture server engine(2) through the Internet in real time; an information providing sever(7) consisting of an information generation tool(8) and a communication database(9) to supply generated client information to a service server(4); the service server collecting real time Internet broadcasting data and offer information data for transmitting to a terminal(10) of a user and store responses from the user; the terminal enabling the user to watch moving picture data provided in real time together with offer information.
