PURPOSE: An incinerator is provided to maximize the combustion efficiency by controlling the amount of the combustion air depending on the combustion state and to minimize the air pollution by re-burning the unburned gas and minimizing the amount of the flying ash. CONSTITUTION: A blower discharge pipe is formed to make air flow in the tangential direction of the outer face of a combustion tower(110). An auxiliary combustion unit has a cone-shaped guide formed in the upper portion of a combustion chamber and having an auxiliary burner. A duct is connected with the upper portion of the auxiliary combustion unit. A cylindrical duct of which volume is bigger than that of the duct is placed in the upper portion of the duct. The combustion air is supplied to the combustion chamber after swirling between an inner case(111) and an outer case(112). Since the air swirling between the inner case and the outer case is preheated, the uniform combustion condition is maintained.
