PURPOSE: Provided is a special feed formula for laying hen to increase choline content of an egg by adding choline chloride, vitamin C, vitamin E, complex probiotics, vegetable fat, monnite and the like. CONSTITUTION: The special feed formula for laying hen to increase vitamin B, preferably choline, content of an egg particularly comprises 0.1-0.5 wt.% of choline chloride, 0.02-0.1 wt.% of vitamin C and, vitamin E, 0.1-0.3 wt.% of complex probiotics, 0.1-3.0 wt.% of vegetable fat, 0.5-1.0 wt.% of monnite and the like.
