PURPOSE: Provided are a process for feeding ducks using medicinal mushrooms containing chromium and selenium, and a product thereof having an excellent meat quality and taste, and low cholesterol. CONSTITUTION: The process for feeding ducks using medicinal mushrooms is characterized by adding medicinal mushrooms including Ganoderma lucodum (Leyss, exfr) Karst, Coriolus versicolor, Schizophyllum commune, Pleurotus ostreatus, Lentinus edodes (Berk.) Sing, Flammulina Velutipes Sinh, Auricularia auricula, Grifola frondosa, Ramaria flava, and Pholiota nameko to feeds, wherein the mushrooms contain 0.08-0.4mg/kg of chromium and 0.3-1.0mg/kg of selenium.
