PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing an integrated type pin-tube for a heat exchanger is provided to integrally form a pin of which diameter is longer than that of a tube around the outer face of the tube while moving the tube forward without rotation. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing an integrated type pin-tube for a heat exchanger comprises a transferring unit(200) for continuously transferring a tube(100), a chuck rotating unit(300) installed facing the transferring unit, having a through hole(301) for discharging the tube, and rotating a chuck, a protrusion slidably installed on the face of the chuck, a protrusion drive unit placed in the chuck rotating unit and providing the driving power for forcibly sliding the protrusion, a block having an empty space and a through hole through which the tube passes, combined with the chuck, and rotating with the chuck, a processing unit fixed on the protrusion and processing a pin by cutting the outer face of the tube, and a tube bending-preventing unit preventing the tube from bending due to the cutting force of the processing unit. Herein, the diameter of the pin is longer than the outer diameter of the tube.
