PURPOSE: An air inlet structure for motor vehicle is provided to rapidly air ventilating the passenger compartment by increasing the amount of air being introduced into the passenger compartment, while preventing accident by maintaining stable operation of the wiper. CONSTITUTION: An air inlet structure comprises a cowl outer panel(200) having an air inlet duct(210); a cowl top cover(300) having an end coupled to a cowl under panel(100) and the other end where a lower end of a wind shield glass(G) is attached; and a forming unit(400) protruded relatively further than a hood panel(30) from the cowl top cover, which has a grille(410) for guiding air toward the air inlet duct. The grille has a plurality of tilt ribs formed along the inner surface of the grille so as to allow the air to be directed toward the air inlet duct.
