METHOD FOR SEAMING STAINLESS STEEL FLUX LEAD WIRE TO SPOOL AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method and a device for seaming a stainless steel flux lead wire to a spool are provided to prevent the bending or breakage of a wire by instantaneously applying the electric resistant heat to the starting and ending points of a wire. CONSTITUTION: A positive contact(65) and a negative contact(75) are formed in the position closest to a wire(W) withdrawn out from a seaming roller(80). The distance between the positive contact and the negative contact is 10cm. A slot is formed in the center of the positive contact or the negative contact. The slot is for the easy contacting of the wire with an electrode. A wire cooling unit is installed on a worktable(60) or a support member(81) for structurally supporting the contacts.
