PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing seeds into a seed encloser used in sowing seeds in rice paddy or field is provided to prevent drop-off of seeds by arranging seeds on seed tapes in the seed encloser and by means of centrifugal force and to improve convenience and performance of the encloser without decomposition of components of the encloser. CONSTITUTION: The seed encloser comprises the apparatus for providing seeds, a drum(60) placed at lower side of the apparatus for adsorbing and arranging the seeds on the tape at equal intervals; a yarn winding device for enclosing the tape with the yarn to prevent the seeds from being left from the tape when passing through the drum(60); and a winding roller for winding the seed tape at passing the yarn winding device to be stored. The apparatus comprises a hopper, an adsorption part to allow the dropping seeds to be adsorbed in the drum(60), a seed supply roller(10) from the hopper into the adsorption part and a suction component formed at one end of the adsorption part to block loss of seeds other than the seeds adhered to the drum(60).
