<p>The patent application features a horizontal three-blade fan, which is made from light-weight materials. On the front side the blades are open, while on the rear side they are closed and can be coated with light-weight materials and featuring a cone-shaped termination. As soon as winds start to blow, the fan starts rotating in the direction of the clock. Upon too strong winds the fan can be closed like an umbrella.</p> |
