PURPOSE: Soil microorganisms capable of producing oxygen and a method for producing living goods using the same are provided, therefore the produced living goods can produce oxygen and neutralizes toxic materials. CONSTITUTION: The soil microorganisms capable of producing oxygen are separated from feces of earthworms by feeding the earthworms with a mixture of Ge-132 containing water, pulverized KAl4(AlSi4O20)(OH4), and 20 kinds of DNA fragments for 1 month, wherein the soil microorganisms capable of producing oxygen include Clostridium pasteurianum, C. pasteurianum, Azotobacter cbroococcum and Klebsiella pneumoniae; and oxygen is produced by the catalytic reaction between Ge-132 and KAl4(AlSi4O20)(OH4) by using the soil microorganisms.
