PURPOSE: An edible cosmetic composition containing natural antioxidant composition including an extract of grape seed, pomegranate, silk peptide and beta-carotene is provided which sufficiently exerts an inhibition effect on skin aging through an oral absorption method. CONSTITUTION: This food and edible cosmetic contain a natural antioxidant composition containing 50 to 60% by weight of a grape seed extract, 20 to 30% by weight of a pomegranate extract, 10 to 20% by weight of silk peptide and 0.5 to 2.5% by weight of beta-carotene. For example, 28kg seed extract, 13.5kg pomegranate extract, 8kg silk peptide and 0.5kg beta-carotene are mixed to give 50kg antioxidant, and 5kg beta-glucan, 0.6kg collagen, 4kg fructose, 0.3kg alpha-tocopherol, 0.5kg pectin, 0.6kg guarana, 0.3kg citric acid, 0.6kg grape flavor and 19kg antioxidant are dissolved in purified water.
