PURPOSE: To attain further miniaturization and weight reduction of a switch circuit with a bus bar which acts as a conductor for connecting a switching element to a power source or a load, while ensuring flexural rigidity of the switch circuit and insulation between a plurality of bus bars. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of different bus bars 14P, 14N are fixed onto a base 12 so as to be fastened through an insulating material 18. The insulating material 18 ensures the insulation of the bus bars 14P, 14N, and integration of the bus bars 14P, 14N and the insulating material 18 increases the flexural rigidity and the strength of the switch circuit 10. By reversing the current direction of the bus bars 14P, 14N, inductance of the bus bars 14P, 14N, and induced voltage during switching (flyback voltage) can be reduced. |
