PURPOSE: A front lower frame of a vehicle is provided to prevent resonance, and to reduce noise and vibration by increasing natural frequency of a cross member with connecting the cross member to a reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION: A front lower frame for a vehicle is composed of side members(10) arranged at both sides of a vehicle body; a couple of cross members(20) connecting to side members with crossing to increase the lateral rigidity of the vehicle body, and mounting a transmission; and a couple of reinforcing members(30) connected to the cross members at both sides of the transmission. Vibration from the transmission is absorbed with the cross members and the reinforcing members during traveling. Noise and vibration are reduced by restricting resonance with increasing the natural frequency of the cross member.
