PURPOSE: A heat management system is provided to control the internal temperature of the electronic cabinet, and to prevent damage of the system by discharging hot air, blowing air and circulating air around the heat management system with plural fans. CONSTITUTION: A heat management system(10) has a first heat exchanger(100), a second heat exchanger(200) and a third heat exchanger. The first heat exchanger includes a cooling plate thermally interconnected with the electronic systems and components in the cabinet. A channel is defined in the cooling plate that supports a tube having an inlet port and an outlet port, and arranged in thermal communication with the electronic systems to form a passage for circulate liquid coolant through the channel. The second heat exchanger includes a condenser arranged in fluid flow communication with the inlet port and the outlet port of the channel and a plurality of fans arranged in confronting relation to the condenser. The third heat exchanger includes two stacks of substantially parallel plates arranged in two-plate assemblies. Each two-plate assembly has a closed end and an open end such that the closed end of one two-plate assembly is sandwiched between the open ends of two adjacent two-plate assemblies. Fans are arranged to blow air onto the electronic systems, to draw heated air away from the electronic systems into the open ends of the two-plate assemblies, and to circulate air out of the cabinet through the third heat exchanger.
