OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM

PURPOSE: An optical recording medium is provided to make all areas of a first layer having structures under the same condition at a multi-layer optical recording medium, thereby preventing deterioration of write and/or read caused by a difference of transmittance at the first layer. CONSTITUTION: An optical recording medium includes a lead-in area(100), a user data area(120) and a lead-out area(130); wherein the lead-in area, the user data area and the lead-out area are formed of grooves(123) and lands(125); wobbles(105,135) are formed at the one side of the groove and the land, wherein wobble characteristic of the lead-out area is different from wobble characteristic of the user data area to prevent an optical pickup from leaving a data area in writing and/read data at the lead-out area.
