PURPOSE: A digital set-top box capable of displaying data reservation and a method for displaying data reservation thereof are provided to send a message to a user at the appointed time set by the user. CONSTITUTION: A method for displaying data reservation includes the steps of selecting a reservation display function by using a remote control or a key board(S10), displaying a set time and contents input screen(S20), inputting an input completing command after inputting the set time, contents, and additional items(S30), storing data input by a user(S40), extracting the current time recorded in a broadcast signal or cable TV signal(S50), comparing the extracted current time with the set time(S60), displaying the stored contents if the current time is the set time(S70). |
