PURPOSE: An electronic lottery ticket system and a method for managing the same are provided to exclude a lottery ticket of a ticket form and manage a lottery ticket system using the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturer server(100) creates requested amount of lottery ticket data and key data in accordance with a lottery ticket manufacturing request of a provider server(200), distributes an amount of lottery ticket data and key data requested by seller server(300), codes the data using it's public key, and transmits the data to the provider server(200). The provider server(200) collects an amount of purchase requested from a plurality of seller servers(300) and requests a lottery ticket manufacture to the manufacturer server(100). The provider server(200) receives the coded lottery ticket data and key data from the manufacturer server(100) stores the key data, distributes an amount of lottery ticket data requested by the corresponding seller server(300), and transmits the data. The seller server(300) notifies the received lottery ticket data in a web page, and processes a purchase request of a plurality of purchaser servers(400). The purchaser server(400) purchases a lottery ticket from the seller server(300).
