PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of a wooden material which produces the wooden material with light in weight and strong in strength so that it produces the wooden material with high quality at a lower cost. CONSTITUTION: In the wooden material which includes a single original board(100) to contain a wooden part and a vinyl part and a sealing member(300) to close both opening parts, the production process of the wooden material comprises the steps of: (i) cutting 'V'-character groove on the original board; (ii) coating around the groove and one end or both ends of the original board by adhesive; (iii) folding the original board at the border of the groove to form one frame and binding each folding part and both ends of the original board; and (iv) closing both opening parts of the frame.
