PURPOSE: A charging apparatus of a portable terminal is provided to perform a charging function by using a generator for generating electric power from a rotary motion of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: A generator(11) is fixed to a frame(1) for fixing a rotating wheel by using a bracket(11a). The generator(11) has a connection portion(11b). The connection portion(11b) is rotated when the connection portion(11b) is temporarily contacted with the wheel. A head lamp(12) is electrically connected to the generator(11). A rectifier(13) is connected to the generator(11) and fixed to the frame(1). A charger(20) is connected to the rectifier(13) and installed at a handle portion of the frame(1). A switch(14) is installed at the frame(1) in order to connect selectively to the charger(20) and the head lamp(12).
