PURPOSE: A system and method for servicing an one-time virtual card is provided to perform a payment and a calculation rapidly by preventing a copy, an alteration, a card number stealing of a magnetic card using a conventional credit card VAN infra. CONSTITUTION: In an one-time virtual card service system for issuing a credit card in accordance with a user's request and performing an authentication when a store terminal requests the authentication with respect to the credit card through a credit card VAN businessman system(18), a card information database(12) is provided for storing credit card information. A client registration server(14) receives a registration of a member joining from a user in accordance with a predetermined procedure. An one-time virtual card issuing server(13) issues credit card information capable of being used only once with respect to an issuing request of a subscriber, stores the information in the card information database(12), and transmits issued credit card information to the user through a wireless communication network. If a card information authentication of the user is requested from the credit card VAN businessman system(18), a one-time virtual card authentication server(15) performs an authentication procedure in accordance with information of the card information database(12).
