PURPOSE: A system for a mobile instant lottery ticket using admission ticket information and a drawing method thereof are provided to increase a participating rate of various kinds of public performances and promote an activation of a wireless Internet market by supplying an instant lottery ticket service being received by linking with a viewing of a movie, a public performance, etc. regardless of the number of subscriptions. CONSTITUTION: A lottery ticket server(10) includes software(100). Elements of the software(100) are described as follows. A mobile communication terminal(1) is connected to a wireless Internet. A winning order designating unit(110) designates a prizewinner. A drawing term designating unit(120) sets a term for applying for a lottery ticket. A connection order deciding unit(130) decides a connection order of a connected person. A user information obtaining/inquiring unit(140) checks a connected person. A result transmission unit(150) transmits a result with respect to a drawing of a lottery ticket. A result storing unit(160) stores a result with respect to the drawing of a lottery ticket.
