PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided, in which refrigerant injection structure for injecting refrigerant into the heat exchanger is improved, to thereby allow uniform heat exchange and achieve improved heat exchange efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises a plurality of refrigerant pipes(56) arranged in parallel with each other in a vertical direction so as to form a channel for circulation and heat exchange of refrigerant; a refrigerant feeder head(52) disposed beneath the refrigerant pipes, which has a refrigerant feed line(62) connected to an end of the refrigerant feeder head; a refrigerant discharge header(54) disposed on the refrigerant pipes, which has a refrigerant discharge pipe(64) connected to an end of the refrigerant discharge head so as to discharge refrigerant after heat exchange; and an acceleration unit(70) arranged at an end of the refrigerant feed line and inserted into the refrigerant feeder head, which increases flow rate of the refrigerant being injected into the refrigerant feeder head.
