DUST REMOVER OF EXHAUST GAS CLEANING SYSTEM EMPLOYING SCREW CONVEYOR

PURPOSE: A dust remover of an exhaust gas cleaning system employing a screw conveyor is provided to minimize the space and cost for a system and the consumption of energy by compacting the structure of a dust remover and to improve effectiveness and economical efficiency by making dust collection easy. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic storage section is formed in a body(1). A gas outlet(4) and a dust outlet(15) are installed in the upper and lower portions of the body. A gas inlet(3) is installed on the lower outer face of the body. A screw(12) having a cooling water path(9), an inlet section(5) and an outlet section(6) is formed in the body. Upper and lower screws are exposed out of a transfer pipe(8). A filter screen(10) having a downward inclination is installed in the lower screw-exposed section. Another filter screen(11) is installed between the body and the transfer pipe. A rotary scrapper(14) is installed on the rotating shaft of the upper screw. A rotary valve(16) is installed in the dust outlet.
