UNMANNED SECURITY SYSTEM BY USING MULTIPLE CAMERAS AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An unmanned security system by using multiple cameras and a method for operating the same are provided to reduce multiple camera servers and network traffic accompanied with simultaneous monitoring. CONSTITUTION: An unmanned security system by using multiple cameras includes a plurality of cameras(1) installed to photograph different areas; a video decoder(2) decoding analog image signals output from the cameras into digital; a video loss monitoring part(3) memorizing the previous image data of the stopped cameras; a microcomputer(4) memorizing programs for processing images; an image processor(5) processing all kinds of image data; an SDRAM(6) temporarily storing image signals photographed by the cameras; a video encoder(7) converting the digital image signals into analog signals; a monitor for local monitoring(8) displaying the image signals to divisibly watch in the on screen mode; a JPEG codec(9) compressing the digital image signals to transmit to a microprocessor(12); a motion sensing logic part(10) recognizing visitors including intruders; an alarm process logic part(11) installed to select how to generate alarm sound; the microprocessor outputting the previous data including the compressed digital image signal to a network processor(13) communicating data between the microprocessor and a central system(16); and an interface part(14) making smooth execution of data communication between the network processor and the central system.
