PURPOSE: A foaming polyurethane anchor composition for charging is provided, which is used to fix an anchor bolt (or lock bolt) to the hole punched on the rock or cement and is improved in the charging adhesion, the adhesive strength and the imprint strength. CONSTITUTION: The foaming polyurethane anchor composition comprises 40.08 wt% of polyester polyol; 0.44 wt% of a catalyst; 0.44 wt% of a surfactant; 1.53 wt% of a foaming agent; 4.96 wt% of a filler; and 52.3 wt% of crude polymeric diphenyl methane-4,4'-diisocyanate. Preferably the catalyst is dimethylethylamine; the surfactant is a silicon oil; the foaming agent is H2O; and the filler is CaCO3. The polyester polyol is prepared by the polycondensation of one or more diacid, and the diacid is selected from the group consisting of phthalic anhydride, isophthalic acid, terephthalic acid, adipic acid and glycols.
