PURPOSE: A tripod joint is provided to absorb vibration and noise from an engine and a transmission and to prevent the vibration from a car body by preventing a backlash between a roller and a rolling surface. CONSTITUTION: A curing rubber layer(11) is stuck to a rolling surface(10a). A rail plate(12) is stuck to the curing rubber layer. A roller(5) is contacted to the rail plate. A size scatter of the rolling surface is compensated. Thereby, a management and an assembling are easy and noise and vibration from an engine and a transmission are not transmitted. Moreover, vibration and noise from a car body is not generated.
