摘要 PURPOSE: Structure of a cooling shaft of a laser welding device is provided to lengthen the life span of a roller member and to save the production cost by extending the change cycle of the roller member by cooling the heat generated from the roller member during panel welding. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water path(15) through which the cooling water flows is formed in a shaft(10). A roller member(20) is combined to the outer face of the shaft via a mounting plate(19). The mounting plate is fitted to a fixing portion(17) formed onto the outer face of one end of the shaft. The front end of the roller member is rounded. Thus, the heat generated due to laser welding is not easily transmitted to the roller member. The heat transmitted to the shaft is cooled by the cooling water flowing in the cooling water path.
