PURPOSE: A clip device is provided to firmly support a certain article by hanging it to a waist belt and the like and to effectively prevent the falling of the article even if an external force is applied to the article. CONSTITUTION: The clip device for supporting a certain article(1) by hanging it on a holder comprises a coupling part(10) to be coupled with the article; a protrusion(20) extended downward from the coupling part such a fashion that it faces the article at a distance in order to allow the holder to be fitted between the article and the protrusion; a holding jaw part protruded from the lower end of the protrusion toward the article for preventing the holder from being separated between the protrusion and the article; and a change device for changing an inclination angle of the upper portion of the holding jaw portion against the article.
