PURPOSE: Structure of a holding portion of a spout member and a coupling member for a liquid charging container is provided to reduce a production cost of the above members and to simplify an assembly procedure between the spout and coupling members. CONSTITUTION: A spout(1) for a liquid charging container is formed with a lower spout guiding portion and an upper coupling portion(5) on the basis of an adhesive portion(2) to be attached to at least one layered film surface. The coupling portion is formed as a recess or protrusion in order to prevent a coupling member(10) having a concave coupling surface from being separated sideward after assembled to the coupling portion. Also, the coupling member is provided with a position fixing part(12) in order to prevent a mouth portion(4) of the spout from being bent toward one side.
