PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing agricultural raw materials using paper sludge and chaff are provided, which can produce various useful farming resources such as litter, moisture controller and chaff coal by suitably using paper sludge and chaff. The heat source for drying the mixture of the sludge and chaff is supplied from flue gas generated by ignition of chaff. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a litter production part for crushing the introduced paper sludge (S) at crushers(1,2) and for transferring by a transfer conveyor(4) to heat recovery part(20), thus drying the sludge to produce litter for cattle shed; a heat recovery part(20) for conducting recombustion of the flue gas to dry the sludge; a combustion smoke generation part(30) for producing flue gas to supply to the heat recovery part(20) through a heat source supply line(21); and a chaff coal recovery part(40) for receiving the residual chaff coal of the flue gas generation part(30) and for cooling followed by separating and recovering of the coal. |
