PURPOSE: A pollution control method by sealing an underground hollow of a dead pit is provided to promote the territory utilization of a region, to reduce the cost required for facility investment and to prevent subsidence of ground and environmental pollution permanently. CONSTITUTION: The pollution control method by sealing an underground hollow of a dead pit comprises the steps of investigating the location of a pithead, a hollow in an underground pit, the pollution state around a dead pit and the quantity of waste minerals and slag through a field investigation, deciding the sealing method of a pithead and the injection location of filler, making liquefied filler by mixing waste minerals and slag with solidifier, and filling up the filler using a concrete pump or an air compressor, then solidifying.
