PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of nano electronic material powder with a continuous hydrothermal synthesis reactor used which keeps temperature constant after heating so that it improves fuel efficiency remarkably. CONSTITUTION: The production process of nano electronic material powder with the continuous hydrothermal synthesis reactor used comprises the steps of: (i) mixing raw powder at an appropriate ratio and filling slurry state; (ii) heating and stirring the mixture; (iii) hydrothermally synthesizing reactants in a reactor; (iv) reacting unreacted reactants again; (v) extracting products from the reactor; (vi) filtering the products; and (vii) washing the filtered products.
