PURPOSE: An operational transconductance amplifier for use in an output buffer is provided to reduce a power consumption as well as improve a driving capability. CONSTITUTION: An operational transconductance amplifier for use in an output buffer includes a differential amplifier(41) for generating a first and a second output signals through a first and a second output nodes(n41,n42) by differentially amplifying a fist and a second differential input signals, a driving block(42) for charging or discharging an output load of the output nodes by inputting the first and the second output signals of the differential amplifier(41) and a driving current control block(44) for controlling the driving current of the driving block(42) by inputting the first output signal of the differential amplifier(41).
