PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling a CPU is provided to ideally cool the CPU by quickly absorbing and radiating heat generated in the CPU in a narrow space. CONSTITUTION: A heater pipe(20) is contacted with a surface of a CPU(10). A plurality of heat absorbing flaps and cooling flaps are composed at an external surface of the heater pipe(20). A cooling fin(30) in which air ventilating paths are formed is inserted between a plurality of heat absorbing flaps and cooling flaps so that the heat of the heater pipe(20) is absorbed and radiated to the cooling fin(30). A general cooling fan(40) is fixedly installed on an upper side of the cooling fan(30).
