PURPOSE: A device for forming the center of tap hole in a blast furnace is provided which automatically performs formation operation of the center of the tap hole after sensing completion of mud filling during closing operation of the tap hole. CONSTITUTION: The device for forming the center of tap hole in a blast furnace comprises a motor driving part comprising a separating plate on one side of which a buffer spring is mounted, and to the other side of which a forward motor(32) is fixed, and a rod that is projected from the front central part of the forward motor; a cylinder part that is coupled to the forward motor(32) of the motor driving part; a manhole member in which the motor driving part and the cylinder part are installed; and a control part(100) for controlling operation of the motor driving part and the cylinder part through a plurality of solenoid valves(40,50,60,70), an electronic communication controller(100B) and a PLC (programmable logic controller)(100A), wherein the cylinder part comprises a cooling cylinder, a centering bit, an air control panel for driving and a nitrogen control panel, and wherein a pressure detector sensor is mounted on one side of the front part of the cooling cylinder.
