SUBSTANCE: balsam contains ingredients in the following ratio, kg/1000 dal of end product: color, 999.5-1000.5; and also l/1000 dal: cherry alcoholized juice, 999.5-1000.5; infusion for balsam from vegetable raw material of Ist and IInd decantations, 379.5-380.5; including, in kg: paludal sweetflag (root), 1.0-1.5; birch buds, 0.6-1.0; common valerian (root), 0.09-0.25; clove (nonblooming buds of flowers), 0.3-0.7; drug inula (root), 0.3-0.7; sowing coriander (fruits), 5.8-6.2; cinnamon (bark), 1.8-2.2; lime-tree blossom, 0.8-1.2; dry seed fruits, 5.8-6.2; infusion from 0.5-0.9 kg of dill fruits of Ist and IInd decantations, 11.8-12.2; infusion from 1.8-2.2 kg of coriander fresh grass, 8.2-9.2; vanillin (1:10), 9.5-11.5; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 1830.5-1831.5; ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and potable corrected water, the balance in terms of 40-% strength.
