The seat comprises a back (3) and a seat part (2) which can move relative to each other between folded down and unfolded positions. In the folded position the seat part occupies storage place located behind the back. During movement of the seat part from its storage position it is moved under the back by linkages (16,17,18,19). The back can tip forwards to the seat part utilization place.
